Charles Leggett is a computer systems engineer with a background in High Energy Physics, rently involved in developing the core software for the ATLAS analysis framework. He is the Gaudi ATLAS coordinator, managing, building and maintaining the Gaudi framework for Atlas. He is also interested in studying the performance of the gnu C++ compiler, and maintains a site tracking the results. He received his PhD in HEP from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1998, studying B decays on the L3 experiment at CERN.
