Computational and Data Grids and High Performance Networking

Until Nov., 2003 I was the lead for two major Grid projects:
The Information Power Grid project (see  www.ipg.nasa.gov ) and the DOE Science Grid project (see  doesciencegrid.org)

Since Nov. 2003, I have been the Manager of DOE's Energy Science Network (www.es.net) , a National high performance network serving DOE and US University science.

On this page are collected links relevant to all three projects.

7th IEEE Symposium on High Performance Distributed Computing July 29-31, 1998, Chicago, Ill.)
The Seventh International Symposium on High Performance Distributed Computing is a forum for presenting the latest research findings on the use of networked systems for high-performance computing. Submissions are encouraged on all aspects of high performance distributed computing, including hardware technologies, the middleware that ties distributed resources together into ``computational grids," and tools and languages that support application development.
