I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Computational Research Division at the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. I have done my Ph.D. from Indiana University and B.Tech from Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata. My primary area of research interests are in building tools for efficient data management in distributed (public and private clouds) and HPC environments. I am also interested in the capture and use of provenance in science applications through compilers and programming language extensions.
